Spending time in nature has been proven to help improve mental health, yet 40% of the working population
fails to get the recommended two hours minimum a week.

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we created live streams of ‘live streams’
to raise awareness of the importance of nature in improving mental and physical wellbeing.
We wanted to calm people in stressful settings… and then share with others across social.

The campaign won too many awards to list here!

The live streams created windows into nature that's right around the corner.
Screens were located across London in high-footfall, high-stress, urban locations,
providing passers-by with a mental 'breath of fresh air' to help them escape the city for a moment.

To make the experience truly immersive, audio played the calming natural sounds of a running stream,
whilst a QR code brought up a map showing where the public can find a real one nearby
...for some proper headspace.
